In 2009, 10719 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 195 of them (1.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 10514 (98.1%) got prison sentences. 51 persons acquitted. Cases involving 858 persons were terminated. 118 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 2827 persons were convicted. 11 of them (0.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2752 (97.3%) got prison sentences. 91 persons acquitted. Cases involving 100 persons were terminated. 184 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
