In 2010, 9783 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 162 of them (1.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 9613 (98.3%) got prison sentences. 45 persons acquitted. Cases involving 767 persons were terminated. 54 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 2661 persons were convicted. 15 of them (0.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2584 (97.1%) got prison sentences. 86 persons acquitted. Cases involving 88 persons were terminated. 42 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
