In 2011, 8438 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 133 of them (1.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 8299 (98.4%) got prison sentences. 37 persons acquitted. Cases involving 709 persons were terminated. 56 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 2359 persons were convicted. 14 of them (0.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2282 (96.7%) got prison sentences. 62 persons acquitted. Cases involving 87 persons were terminated. 30 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
