In 2012, 7577 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 136 of them (1.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 7432 (98.1%) got prison sentences. 26 persons acquitted. Cases involving 601 persons were terminated. 55 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 1900 persons were convicted. 15 of them (0.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1829 (96.3%) got prison sentences. 45 persons acquitted. Cases involving 97 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
