In 2013, 7520 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 78 of them (1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 7432 (98.8%) got prison sentences. 26 persons acquitted. Cases involving 593 persons were terminated. 53 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 1822 persons were convicted. 7 of them (0.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1759 (96.5%) got prison sentences. 41 persons acquitted. Cases involving 84 persons were terminated. 21 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
