In 2014, 7303 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 66 of them (0.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 7233 (99%) got prison sentences. 17 persons acquitted. Cases involving 592 persons were terminated. 56 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 1946 persons were convicted. 7 of them (0.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1883 (96.8%) got prison sentences. 43 persons acquitted. Cases involving 114 persons were terminated. 37 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
