In 2017, 6329 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 31 of them (0.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 6292 (99.4%) got prison sentences. 17 persons acquitted. Cases involving 536 persons were terminated. 94 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 1698 persons were convicted. 3 of them (0.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1637 (96.4%) got prison sentences. 21 persons acquitted. Cases involving 114 persons were terminated. 38 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
