In 2018, 5723 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 28 of them (0.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5683 (99.3%) got prison sentences. 19 persons acquitted. Cases involving 508 persons were terminated. 72 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 1475 persons were convicted. 3 of them (0.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1416 (96%) got prison sentences. 20 persons acquitted. Cases involving 110 persons were terminated. 38 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
