In 2019, 4891 persons were convicted under Article 105 part 1 as the primary offence. 22 of them (0.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4866 (99.5%) got prison sentences. 26 persons acquitted. Cases involving 480 persons were terminated. 67 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 105 part 2 as the primary offence 1306 persons were convicted. 7 of them (0.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1260 (96.5%) got prison sentences. 36 persons acquitted. Cases involving 93 persons were terminated. 23 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
