Under Article 111 part 2 as the primary offence 482 persons were convicted. 146 of them (30.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 334 (69.3%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 27 persons were terminated. 22 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 3 as the primary offence 1184 persons were convicted. 246 of them (20.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 935 (79%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 22 persons were terminated. 105 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 4 as the primary offence 9849 persons were convicted. 189 of them (1.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 9656 (98%) got prison sentences. 38 persons acquitted. Cases involving 356 persons were terminated. 223 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
