In 2011, 21914 persons were convicted under Article 111 part 1 as the primary offence. 12724 of them (58.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 9095 (41.5%) got prison sentences. 13 persons acquitted. Cases involving 518 persons were terminated. 330 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 2 as the primary offence 423 persons were convicted. 126 of them (29.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 297 (70.2%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 23 persons were terminated. 27 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 3 as the primary offence 1182 persons were convicted. 288 of them (24.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 888 (75.1%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 24 persons were terminated. 86 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 4 as the primary offence 8893 persons were convicted. 183 of them (2.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 8698 (97.8%) got prison sentences. 22 persons acquitted. Cases involving 308 persons were terminated. 184 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
