Under Article 111 part 3 as the primary offence 904 persons were convicted. 156 of them (17.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 747 (82.6%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 24 persons were terminated. 69 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 4 as the primary offence 7353 persons were convicted. 92 of them (1.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 7253 (98.6%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 282 persons were terminated. 94 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
