Under Article 111 part 3 as the primary offence 575 persons were convicted. 107 of them (18.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 467 (81.2%) got prison sentences. 9 persons acquitted. Cases involving 15 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 4 as the primary offence 4240 persons were convicted. 31 of them (0.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4196 (99%) got prison sentences. 20 persons acquitted. Cases involving 153 persons were terminated. 38 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
