Under Article 111 part 3 as the primary offence 518 persons were convicted. 86 of them (16.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 431 (83.2%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10 persons were terminated. 22 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 111 part 4 as the primary offence 3414 persons were convicted. 8 of them (0.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 3399 (99.6%) got prison sentences. 24 persons acquitted. Cases involving 150 persons were terminated. 26 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
