In 2009, 12163 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 9291 of them (76.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2462 (20.2%) got prison sentences. 21 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10804 persons were terminated. 949 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 2058 persons were convicted. 1412 of them (68.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 581 (28.2%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1041 persons were terminated. 389 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
