In 2010, 11673 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 8251 of them (70.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2350 (20.1%) got prison sentences. 21 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10506 persons were terminated. 875 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 1709 persons were convicted. 1193 of them (69.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 437 (25.6%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 984 persons were terminated. 367 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
