In 2011, 11094 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 7627 of them (68.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1717 (15.5%) got prison sentences. 9 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10050 persons were terminated. 890 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 1563 persons were convicted. 1131 of them (72.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 387 (24.8%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 886 persons were terminated. 288 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
