In 2012, 10450 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 3557 of them (34%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1267 (12.1%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10026 persons were terminated. 843 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 1371 persons were convicted. 949 of them (69.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 383 (27.9%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 708 persons were terminated. 264 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
