In 2013, 10971 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 2527 of them (23%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1386 (12.6%) got prison sentences. 10 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10068 persons were terminated. 877 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 1285 persons were convicted. 866 of them (67.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 372 (28.9%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 704 persons were terminated. 249 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
