In 2014, 10379 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 2456 of them (23.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1403 (13.5%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 9583 persons were terminated. 924 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 1400 persons were convicted. 934 of them (66.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 413 (29.5%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 716 persons were terminated. 227 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
