In 2015, 9037 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 1488 of them (16.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1143 (12.6%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 2733 persons were convicted. 1172 of them (42.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 782 (28.6%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1417 persons were terminated. 291 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
