In 2016, 7552 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 1470 of them (19.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 992 (13.1%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6879 persons were terminated. 641 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 3378 persons were convicted. 2163 of them (64%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 956 (28.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1740 persons were terminated. 396 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
