In 2017, 7131 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 1404 of them (19.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 999 (14%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6908 persons were terminated. 576 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 3311 persons were convicted. 2164 of them (65.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1015 (30.7%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1838 persons were terminated. 350 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
