In 2018, 6696 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 1392 of them (20.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 987 (14.7%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6422 persons were terminated. 573 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 3237 persons were convicted. 2115 of them (65.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 986 (30.5%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1765 persons were terminated. 309 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
