In 2019, 5929 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 1239 of them (20.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 942 (15.9%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 5528 persons were terminated. 525 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 2715 persons were convicted. 1727 of them (63.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 864 (31.8%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1699 persons were terminated. 285 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
