In 2016, 3255 persons were convicted under Article 115 part 1 as the primary offence. 5 of them (0.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5 (0.2%) got prison sentences. 230 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6067 persons were terminated. 814 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 115 part 2 as the primary offence 10134 persons were convicted. 1922 of them (19%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1439 (14.2%) got prison sentences. 8 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10136 persons were terminated. 2902 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
