Under Article 115 part 2 as the primary offence 10947 persons were convicted. 2224 of them (20.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1799 (16.4%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 11490 persons were terminated. 2871 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
