Under Article 115 part 2 as the primary offence 9914 persons were convicted. 2112 of them (21.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1897 (19.1%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10354 persons were terminated. 2275 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
