In 2009, 20671 persons were convicted under Article 116 part 1 as the primary offence. 44 of them (0.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 0 (0%) got prison sentences. 2372 persons acquitted. Cases involving 52303 persons were terminated. 10378 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 116 part 2 as the primary offence 4840 persons were convicted. 2039 of them (42.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 550 (11.4%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Cases involving 5213 persons were terminated. 1928 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
