Under Article 116 part 2 as the primary offence 4208 persons were convicted. 1651 of them (39.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 434 (10.3%) got prison sentences. 8 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4222 persons were terminated. 1455 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
