In 2017, 689 persons were convicted under Article 116 part 1 as the primary offence. 15 of them (2.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 15 (2.2%) got prison sentences. 52 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2491 persons were terminated. 202 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 116 part 2 as the primary offence 124 persons were convicted. 13 of them (10.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 17 (13.7%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 78 persons were terminated. 106 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
