In 2011, 2077 persons were convicted under Article 117 part 1 as the primary offence. 1466 of them (70.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 434 (20.9%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1228 persons were terminated. 160 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 117 part 2 as the primary offence 605 persons were convicted. 396 of them (65.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 205 (33.9%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 20 persons were terminated. 67 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
