In 2010, 1604 persons were convicted under Article 131 part 1 as the primary offence. 426 of them (26.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1176 (73.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Under Article 131 part 2 as the primary offence 2051 persons were convicted. 241 of them (11.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1807 (88.1%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 48 persons were terminated. 355 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 131 part 3 as the primary offence 271 persons were convicted. 9 of them (3.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 262 (96.7%) got prison sentences. 9 persons acquitted. Cases involving 9 persons were terminated. 18 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 131 part 4 as the primary offence 75 persons were convicted. 3 of them (4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 72 (96%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 3 persons were terminated. 6 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
