In 2011, 1336 persons were convicted under Article 131 part 1 as the primary offence. 312 of them (23.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1020 (76.3%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 40 persons were terminated. 295 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 131 part 2 as the primary offence 1640 persons were convicted. 184 of them (11.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1454 (88.7%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 29 persons were terminated. 264 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 131 part 3 as the primary offence 361 persons were convicted. 13 of them (3.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 348 (96.4%) got prison sentences. 15 persons acquitted. Cases involving 10 persons were terminated. 90 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 131 part 4 as the primary offence 161 persons were convicted. 6 of them (3.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 155 (96.3%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 12 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
