Under Article 158 part 2 as the primary offence 121470 persons were convicted. 49407 of them (40.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 35909 (29.6%) got prison sentences. 38 persons acquitted. Cases involving 45206 persons were terminated. 14810 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 158 part 3 as the primary offence 44884 persons were convicted. 22339 of them (49.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 20448 (45.6%) got prison sentences. 17 persons acquitted. Cases involving 924 persons were terminated. 3030 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 158 part 4 as the primary offence 930 persons were convicted. 372 of them (40%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 554 (59.6%) got prison sentences. 10 persons acquitted. Cases involving 13 persons were terminated. 168 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
