Under Article 158 part 3 as the primary offence 35608 persons were convicted. 16553 of them (46.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 17201 (48.3%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 890 persons were terminated. 2051 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 158 part 4 as the primary offence 1519 persons were convicted. 527 of them (34.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 978 (64.4%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 12 persons were terminated. 153 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
