Under Article 158 part 2 as the primary offence 88996 persons were convicted. 28665 of them (32.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 29048 (32.6%) got prison sentences. 17 persons acquitted. Cases involving 50114 persons were terminated. 9218 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 158 part 3 as the primary offence 32417 persons were convicted. 15221 of them (47%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 14675 (45.3%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 759 persons were terminated. 1718 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 158 part 4 as the primary offence 1424 persons were convicted. 464 of them (32.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 947 (66.5%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 15 persons were terminated. 157 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
