Cases involving 47610 persons were terminated. 8351 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 158 part 3 as the primary offence 37901 persons were convicted. 18988 of them (50.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 14764 (39%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Cases involving 907 persons were terminated. 1685 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 158 part 4 as the primary offence 1519 persons were convicted. 501 of them (33%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 998 (65.7%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 16 persons were terminated. 147 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
