Under Article 158 part 2 as the primary offence 61734 persons were convicted. 20802 of them (33.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 19939 (32.3%) got prison sentences. 13 persons acquitted. Cases involving 42446 persons were terminated. 7470 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 158 part 3 as the primary offence 36663 persons were convicted. 18622 of them (50.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 13561 (37%) got prison sentences. 15 persons acquitted. Cases involving 947 persons were terminated. 1595 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 158 part 4 as the primary offence 1004 persons were convicted. 355 of them (35.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 633 (63%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 9 persons were terminated. 131 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
