Under Article 159.4 part 2 as the primary offence 62 persons were convicted. 3 of them (4.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5 (8.1%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 51 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 159.4 part 3 as the primary offence 67 persons were convicted. 27 of them (40.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 24 (35.8%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 9 persons were terminated. 9 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
