Under Article 159.4 part 2 as the primary offence 47 persons were convicted. 3 of them (6.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (8.5%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 50 persons were terminated. 22 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 159.4 part 3 as the primary offence 86 persons were convicted. 34 of them (39.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 35 (40.7%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 13 persons were terminated. 12 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
