Cases involving 6281 persons were terminated. 2177 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 2 as the primary offence 9693 persons were convicted. 4013 of them (41.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 3969 (40.9%) got prison sentences. 20 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2619 persons were terminated. 2215 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 3 as the primary offence 4937 persons were convicted. 2966 of them (60.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1252 (25.4%) got prison sentences. 83 persons acquitted. Cases involving 76 persons were terminated. 653 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 4 as the primary offence 2437 persons were convicted. 982 of them (40.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1430 (58.7%) got prison sentences. 61 persons acquitted. Cases involving 34 persons were terminated. 167 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
