Under Article 159 part 2 as the primary offence 7676 persons were convicted. 3366 of them (43.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2808 (36.6%) got prison sentences. 23 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1992 persons were terminated. 1822 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 3 as the primary offence 5110 persons were convicted. 3116 of them (61%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1089 (21.3%) got prison sentences. 75 persons acquitted. Cases involving 52 persons were terminated. 779 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 4 as the primary offence 2862 persons were convicted. 1234 of them (43.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1606 (56.1%) got prison sentences. 57 persons acquitted. Cases involving 41 persons were terminated. 163 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
