Under Article 159 part 2 as the primary offence 6706 persons were convicted. 2730 of them (40.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2244 (33.5%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1787 persons were terminated. 1478 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 3 as the primary offence 5653 persons were convicted. 3513 of them (62.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1038 (18.4%) got prison sentences. 71 persons acquitted. Cases involving 59 persons were terminated. 624 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 4 as the primary offence 2991 persons were convicted. 1404 of them (46.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1560 (52.2%) got prison sentences. 67 persons acquitted. Cases involving 51 persons were terminated. 151 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
