In 2013, 6400 persons were convicted under Article 159 part 1 as the primary offence. 606 of them (9.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 739 (11.5%) got prison sentences. 18 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2733 persons were terminated. 1251 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 2 as the primary offence 6273 persons were convicted. 2367 of them (37.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2306 (36.8%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1702 persons were terminated. 1382 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 3 as the primary offence 4247 persons were convicted. 2499 of them (58.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 863 (20.3%) got prison sentences. 64 persons acquitted. Cases involving 80 persons were terminated. 608 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 159 part 4 as the primary offence 2749 persons were convicted. 1294 of them (47.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1420 (51.7%) got prison sentences. 56 persons acquitted. Cases involving 52 persons were terminated. 129 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
