In 2009, 5451 persons were convicted under Article 160 part 1 as the primary offence. 2584 of them (47.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 347 (6.4%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2070 persons were terminated. 3231 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1751 persons were convicted. 1017 of them (58.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 316 (18%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 588 persons were terminated. 774 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 3262 persons were convicted. 2466 of them (75.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 322 (9.9%) got prison sentences. 48 persons acquitted. Cases involving 52 persons were terminated. 3141 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 281 persons were convicted. 142 of them (50.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 135 (48%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2 persons were terminated. 46 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
