In 2010, 4615 persons were convicted under Article 160 part 1 as the primary offence. 1884 of them (40.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 267 (5.8%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1984 persons were terminated. 398 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1458 persons were convicted. 741 of them (50.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 278 (19.1%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 484 persons were terminated. 209 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 3065 persons were convicted. 2225 of them (72.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 223 (7.3%) got prison sentences. 34 persons acquitted. Cases involving 43 persons were terminated. 186 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 391 persons were convicted. 237 of them (60.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 148 (37.9%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 22 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
