In 2011, 3786 persons were convicted under Article 160 part 1 as the primary offence. 1402 of them (37%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 202 (5.3%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1732 persons were terminated. 353 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1235 persons were convicted. 628 of them (50.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 204 (16.5%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 468 persons were terminated. 214 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 2593 persons were convicted. 1856 of them (71.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 181 (7%) got prison sentences. 25 persons acquitted. Cases involving 28 persons were terminated. 251 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 419 persons were convicted. 215 of them (51.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 192 (45.8%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 25 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
