In 2012, 3076 persons were convicted under Article 160 part 1 as the primary offence. 342 of them (11.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 135 (4.4%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1542 persons were terminated. 271 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1016 persons were convicted. 475 of them (46.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 149 (14.7%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 372 persons were terminated. 173 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 2379 persons were convicted. 1616 of them (67.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 116 (4.9%) got prison sentences. 31 persons acquitted. Cases involving 29 persons were terminated. 155 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 381 persons were convicted. 230 of them (60.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 147 (38.6%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2 persons were terminated. 26 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
