In 2013, 3113 persons were convicted under Article 160 part 1 as the primary offence. 248 of them (8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 140 (4.5%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1150 persons were convicted. 506 of them (44%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 191 (16.6%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 452 persons were terminated. 152 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 2813 persons were convicted. 1870 of them (66.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 170 (6%) got prison sentences. 26 persons acquitted. Cases involving 59 persons were terminated. 195 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 359 persons were convicted. 229 of them (63.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 120 (33.4%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 19 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
